What is a vacuum flask glass refill&thermos flask

 

A vacuum flask (also known as a Dewar flask, Dewar bottle or Thermos) is an insulating storage vessel that greatly lengthens the time over which its contents remain hotter or cooler than the flask's surroundings. Invented by Sir James Dewar in 1892, the vacuum flask consists of two flasks, placed one within the other and joined at the neck. The gap between the two flasks is partially evacuated of air, creating a near-vacuum which prevents heat transfer by conduction or convection.

 

Vacuum flasks are used domestically to keep beverages hot or cold for extended periods of time and for many purposes in industry.

 

 

Vacuum flask is made up of the bladder, the shell and the additional parts.

 

1. Vacuum flask by both inside and outside the glass bottle.

There is have three processes that cause heat transfer .

 

Conduction

Convection - Convection is a property of liquids and gases. It occurs because when a liquid or gas gets hot, it tends to rise above the rest of the body of liquid or gas

 

2. Shell

 

The shell has a certain strength, in order to protect the tank and increase the decorative effect. Shell is made of tin sheet steel, brass, aluminum alloy, stainless steel and plastic, etc.

 

3. Additional parts

How to test insulation quality of the vacuum flask?

 

Check the inside (that is, the suction mouth) is intact, if there is a break between layers is damaged inside the vacuum, lost heat preservation ability.

 

Look inside presence of blowout trace.

 

See if bottle is round. If you don't round bottle, bottle stopper can't seal, will reduce the heat preservation ability.

 

Fill it with boiling water and cap it.

 

Measure its temperature with a thermometer every hour or two and see what the temperature graph looks like

Instructions for use

 

1 Before first use, bladder washing clean

 

2 First washing tank, with a small amount of hot water or ice water (do not use steel wire ball cleaning) and then collapse, filling again or boiling water

 

3 After each use, please clean and dry

 

4 Should not be stored carbon acid beverage in the cup for a long time, in order to prolong the service life of vacuum cup

 

5 Do not near the heat source, should not be hit so hard

 

6 In children less than place contact, in order to avoid scald

 

Method of use

 

Before you use the cup body wash clean with neutral detergent to add hot or cold water, when used for preheating or precooling, then pour out the water in the cup to add hot or cold

 

matters need attention :

 

Join the open water not too full, overflow in case the screw on the lid, there is a risk of burns in infants and young children not touch place, in order to avoid scald.

 

When cleaning do not use alkaline bleaching or chlorine cleaners to clean

Maintenance method

 

When not in use for a long time, the tank should be fully dry

 

To prevent odor or stains in the production, after use, please clean and make it fully dry

 

Due to the use of pure water or acid, alkaline beverage will leave after a similar red spots, can be used warm water to add diluted vinegar soak for 30 minutes to fully clean can. Lid not high temperature disinfection, so as to avoid deformation.

Cleaning method:

 

* after use please use neutral detergent with warm water or cleaning laundry food residue.

 

* in case of earthquake relief in addition to stains, please fill the product with hot water, put 1 teaspoon of baking soda in, caps and so on for a whole night, when used again please cleaning products.

 

* please do not take the entire product is immersed in the water.

 

Note:

 

* do not use abrasives, solvents, and bleach to wash.

 

* don't place your products in high temperature and microwave, away from heat source.

 

* in order to prevent burns, please use the glass or other container, don't drink.

 

* product built in glass vacuum tank, children need to use the product under parental supervision and guidance.

 

* products should avoid violent vibration, lashing tail at the bottom of the bottle should be carefully protected, so as to avoid damage, loss of insulation efficiency.
